Prices and payment
All prices on the website are stated in DKK without VAT of 25%. Prices are only valid within the borders of Denmark, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment can be made via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners, ViaBill, MobilePay.
The data you send in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL 128-bit), so only PBS can read it. Neither Kasper & Co. nor anyone else has the opportunity.
We offer EAN electronic invoicing for the public sector and others.
Delivery and shipping
We strive to deliver goods within 2-4 business days. However, during the peak season from April-September, there will be periods when delivery may exceed this. However, certain product groups, such as machines and special spare parts, may have a longer delivery time and slush ice concentrates may be backordered. We always do our best to have enough items in stock, but sometimes unexpected large orders come in.
Reservations are made for sold-out items and extended delivery time at Kasper & Co.'s wholesalers.
Shipping costs are calculated at check out. If an item is backordered, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Returns are made at the customer's expense and with prior agreement with Kasper & Co.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
In the case of a complaint, please include complete information with the package to expedite the expedition. Attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation.
We recommend that you use Post Nord when returning the item, and that the item is sent as a parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in Post Nord's system, thus removing any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Kasper & Co.
Any refund of amounts will be made to the person listed on the invoice.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered - max. 14 days. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear. When you receive the item, please be careful to check that it is as expected.

We cannot be held responsible for indirect losses due to delays or errors in delivered goods or shipping companies that may make mistakes.
